Legal disclaimer stuff
This is not a commercial brewery. We may have a nice name (well, we like it anyway) and maybe even some names and labels for our beers, but this is a home brewery and our beers are not available to buy. I thought I'd better make that clear from the outset - don't want anyone chasing us for excise duty! If you want to taste our beers you'll have to know us personally. And be nice to us.
So as far as introductions go, that's about it really. Anything else that appears on this blog will be as the mood takes me. That's all for now. Happy reading.

Looks like good stuff to me - no chance you could be tempted to make more and make money out of it? many micro breweries are having a go and probably could advise you as to how to make it work!
ReplyDeleteKind of you to say so. Believe me, I've thought about it a lot and I know some people that have done it. It's a LOT of hard work. I do think that trying to make money out of a hobby brings in a lot of commercial pressures that, as a hobby, you have the luxury of not having to worry about. But hey, never say never! :-)
